Copper offers excellent corrosion protection and thermal properties. Copper will develop a deep red patina and can have green mixed in when exposed to coastal environments.

Brass offers excellent corrosion protection. Brass will patina to a deep brown.

Aerospace quality aluminum is light weight and provides excellent thermal performance. Aluminum fxitures can be specified in military spec hard anodize, or with durable TGIC-Polyester thermo-set powder coat. Powder coat finish is available in many colors and styles.

Powder coating is a durable TGIC-Polyester thermo-set. It can be applied to aluminum, brass and copper. Powder coating can increase fixture thermal performance.

Brass and Copper fixtures with raw finish will naturally patina over time. An accelerated patina can be applied as shown. Fixtures with pre-applied patina will have a dark finish right out of the box. These are considered living patinas and will continue to change over time depending on environment.

Nickel finish can be applied to brass and copper to give the appearance of stainless steel with excellent thermal performance. Stainless steel is not recommended for LED fixtures due to its very poor thermal properties. Nickel is excellent in providing corrosion protection. Nickel will not rust like lower grades of stainless steel.
